Low volume, and brand inflating the numbers
We took the EU account over in mid 2025. There were too few conversions for bidding to learn from. Brand searches were counted inside total revenue and prioritised in the structure, so the account looked healthier than it was. Duplicate sale actions counted some revenue twice, and five markets could not be compared.
We fixed the signal, then went after new customers
Tracking came first. Once the numbers were right, we moved budget off brand and onto cold traffic.
One sale action
We consolidated the duplicate sale actions into one, so every sale counted once.
Weighted add to cart
With so few purchases, we gave add to cart a value weighted by the add to cart to purchase rate. Bidding had more to learn from, and add to cart stayed a secondary goal outside reported revenue.
Feed built on search demand
We restructured the product feed around what people search for, then rebuilt Shopping, Search and PMax market by market.
New customers over brand
We prioritised new customers through PMax and removed brand, so spend went into cold traffic instead of people already looking for Wall Bed King.
Sales tripled and ROAS more than doubled
August 2025 to August 2026 against the year before. Spend went up 67% and revenue went up 292%.

βIt's been great working with Vida, they did a great job to turn around our ad account performance, particularly in the EU which was a bit of a struggle for us as a business as we expanded internationally.βImre Zsolt Nagy, Founder, Wall Bed King
